Made from fresh Gir cow milk, the milk is first boiled, naturally cooled to room temperature, and then inoculated with a natural curd starter. After overnight fermentation, the curd is hand-churned during pre-dawn hours (4 AM – 6 AM) using the clockwise-anticlockwise slow churning process to extract raw white butter. This butter is then carefully heated to produce golden, aromatic A2 Ghee, rich in essential nutrients.
