At Satvik Foods & Farms, we strive to deliver the highest quality organic products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with our Refund, Exchange & Return Policy.
1. Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products received.
- To be eligible for a return/exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Perishable items such as ghee, jaggery, honey, and oils are non-returnable unless damaged upon arrival.
2. Refund Process
- Once your return request is approved, we will initiate a refund within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
- Refunds are only applicable if the product is unavailable for exchange or replacement.
3. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange?

- Once approved, we will arrange a pickup (where applicable) or provide instructions for returning the item.
4. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processed, cancellations are not allowed.
